This notice explains which personal data is processed when you use this website or contact 30/02.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
When you use the contact form, we may process your name, company, business email address, telephone number, team size and the content of your request. The form may also include the landing page, referrer and UTM campaign parameters.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to answer your request, arrange an intake and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in following up enquiries.
4. Netlify Forms
The website is hosted by Netlify and uses Netlify Forms. Netlify therefore processes form data as a technical service provider.
5. Retention
Irrelevant enquiries are deleted as soon as reasonably possible. Relevant business correspondence is retained for as long as needed for follow-up, collaboration and applicable legal obligations.
6. Cookies and conversion measurement
The website uses Google Ads conversion measurement with tag ID AW-731790388. The Google tag loads with advertising and analytics storage denied by default. Non-essential cookies and storage are activated only after you consent through the cookie notice. You can change your choice later through the “Cookie settings” button.
7. Sharing
Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by technical providers required for hosting, email and form handling, or shared where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and, in certain cases, object to processing. Contact steven@30februari.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free.
